Varsha Vidit Shah Bio (LinkedIn)
I am a Technical Architect at Tata Consultancy Services on the Microsoft account, where I design AI and automation platforms for enterprise finance, compliance, and regulatory operations. Over more than 12 years, I have moved from building enterprise portals and collaboration systems as an engineer, to leading global finance projects such as statutory audit collaboration and policy governance platforms, to architecting Generative AI and machine learning systems that sit inside critical finance controls. My domain experience spans revenue recognition, employment tax, partner incentives, procurement, and sustainability reporting across more than 100 international locations. Today my focus is agentic AI for procurement and finance governance. I have run Azure OpenAI training sessions for more than 20 technology professionals, mentor engineering teams on AI-driven finance work, and speak in Women in Technology leadership sessions. I am an elected Full Member of Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Honor Society, and hold Fellowship-level membership in Hackathon Raptors. I hold a Master of Computer Applications and Microsoft certifications in Fabric data engineering, Azure, and Power Platform.
